How do I book an event?
If you are interested in booking an event at Futeum, we would be happy to help you! We offer a variety of event spaces and services that are perfect for corporate events, social gatherings, educational programs, and more. To book an event at Futeum, you can visit our contact page and write "Book an Event" as the subject. Once you have submitted the form, one of our event coordinators will contact you to discuss your event in more detail and to help you plan a successful and memorable experience at Futeum. Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, we have a cancellation policy for events booked at Futeum. If
you need to cancel your event, please notify us as soon as possible
so that we can make the necessary arrangements. Our cancellation
policy is as follows:
- If you cancel your event more than 30 days before the scheduled
date, you will receive a full refund of any deposit or payment that
you have made.
- If you cancel your event between 14 and 30 days before the
scheduled date, you will receive a 50% refund of any deposit or
payment that you have made. If you cancel your event less than 14
days before the scheduled date, you will not receive a refund.
Please note that our cancellation policy may be subject to change,
and that it may vary depending on the specific details of your
